Terms of Service

Rytena is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime, data retention, or feature stability. Features may change or be removed. During the beta period, all features are free.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly or commit them to source control. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use Rytena to:

• Send data on behalf of applications you don't own or have permission to monitor
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or resource quotas
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Send malicious or intentionally harmful data

You retain all rights to the data your applications send to Rytena. We do not claim ownership of your code, metrics, or any content generated through your use of the service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. During the beta, we do not offer SLA commitments.

You may stop using Rytena at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Rytena is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which during the beta is zero.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
